I'm moved, I have high-speed internet up and running, I have my own office - free of guest bed, bike and other storage. Life is good.
The move went well - as well as a move can go. Unpacking has proven to take far longer than packing did but we're in a bigger house now so we have more place to store things properly which makes it easier.
The kids love living on a court with lots of other kids around. My daughter is always off at some friend's house or she's here with two or three other little girls running around with her. I can see that I'm going to need to stock much of my pantry with juice boxes and kid-friendly snacks just to keep up.
I love having my own office. It's still not all unpacked but just having my desk set up with files that I can access easily is a dream.
I just read the article over at Velonews on the Garmin-Chipotle training camp and was thrilled to hear about my Canadian boys Svein Tuft and Christian Meier and how well they're fitting in.
And, before I go, our good friend Jessi has come back to the blogging world - hopefully she'll be able to maintain a better level of consistency than I have lately. Check out her new digs at http://queenofcouth.wordpress.com
I'll try to be back soon!
